Use of a natural cytokine mixture (NCM) including the cytokines IL-1, IL-2, IL-6, IL-8, IL-12, IFN-gamma, TNF-alpha, GM-CSF and G-CSF, for immunotherapy of a cancer patient in a dosage regime comprising
(i) administration of the NCM in an inactive amount, and
(ii) administration of Indomethacin and cyclophosphamide.
