摘要 PURPOSE: A rapid aluminum anodizing method, and a method for manufacturing metal printed circuit board using the same are provided to perform an anodizing process to an aluminum base substrate rapidly by supplying strong magnetic field to an IGBT(Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) device. CONSTITUTION: A chemical preprocessing is performed on an aluminum base substrate(130). The processed aluminum base substrate is activated. The activated aluminum base substrate is dipped in the sulfate electrolyte(120) within a sulfuric acid bath tub(110). Strong electric field is applied in the aluminum base substrate by using an IGBT(160). An aluminum oxide film(170) is formed in the surface of the aluminum base substrate.
