The transmitting or receiving node (100) comprises an interface (102) for producing a connection with a transmission medium. A condition is achieved for an assigned time segment for providing a frame. The occurrence of the condition is displayed in form of a matrix, such that the dimension of the matrix has the time section for providing the frame. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for operating a transmitting or receiving node; and (2) a computer program for executing a transmitting or receiving node operating method.
