PURPOSE: A small hydro power generator is provided to control the balance of a water turbine by successively filling sealed spaces symmetrically located with water. CONSTITUTION: A small hydro power generator comprises concentric partitions(220), radial partitions(230), side plates(240), and injection ports(241). The concentric partitions are arranged between a rotary shaft(100) and a blade plate(250). The radial partitions are radially arranged around the rotary shaft to divide the concentric partitions into equal parts. The side plates are attached on both ends of a space formed by the partitions to seal the space. The injection ports are formed in the side plates and inject water into the sealed space.
