<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust gas recycling system which can efficiently burn and remove volatile organic compounds in exhaust gas discharged from a predetermined zone and can recycle purified air obtained after removal of the volatile organic compounds. <P>SOLUTION: The exhaust gas recycling system includes the predetermined zone which discharges the exhaust gas containing the volatile organic compounds, an adsorption device 200 which adsorbs the volatile organic compounds in the exhaust gas discharged from the predetermined zone, and a purified air recycling device which desorbs the volatile organic compounds adsorbed by the adsorption device 200 from the adsorption device 200 to allow the desorbed volatile organic compounds to be used as a combustion fuel in a combustion device, and reintroduces purified air purified after passing through the adsorption device 200 to the predetermined zone. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
