PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescent element which is excellent in thermal stability and preservation stability in light emission, has long element service life and is easily manufactured. SOLUTION: The organic electroluminescent element contains at least one charge transporting polyester consisting of a repeating unit containing a constitutional unit of thiazolothiazole condensed ring and aromatic amine as a partial structure.
