PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance durability, prevent thereby foreign matters from being mixed with a rubber intermediate product, and thereby enhance the quality of a final product for a liner to be used for taking up the rubber intermediate product with surface irregularities. SOLUTION: In a take-up liner provided with convexties in such a way as to absorb differences in level when a rubber intermediate product with surface irregularities is taken up. Convexties 2 are formed up in the surface of woven fabric 1 composed of a plurality of wefts and warps by forming plural warp layers in the convexty forming area of the woven fabric 1, and making at least warps 3a in a part thicker than warps 3b in each flat area. Or the liner is made out of synthetic resin film, and convexties extended in the longer direction are integrally formed over the surface of the film.
