<p>PURPOSE: An anti-freezing device of a cooler and a control method thereof are provided to prevent freeze and burst by eliminating cooling water from a cooler, which is not working in the winter, by vacuum suction and easily discharge the cooling water. CONSTITUTION: An anti-freezing device of a cooler comprises an intake header(50), a discharge header(55), a plurality of tubes(65), a eighth valve(78), and a vacuum suction generating part(80). The intake header is installed in one side of a cooler(100) and has a first valve(70), a fifth valve(75), and a sixth valve(76). The discharge header is installed in the other side of the cooler and has a second valve(71) and a seventh valve(77). The tubes are installed in multiple fin plates(60) in predetermined gaps along rows and columns to make a first cooling circuit between the intake header and the discharge header. The eighth valves are installed in multiple tubes of the discharge header. The vacuum suction generating part is connected to the seventh valve.</p> |
