PURPOSE: An aqueous coating composition is provided to be hardened under room temperature without external heating, ventilation, or moisture control, but can be used when necessary. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a polymer comprises a step of forming polymerization compound. The polymerization compound comprises 0.5-8 weight% of at least one di-(meth)acrylate salt selected from a zinc ion, a calcium ion, and a magnesium ion, on the basis of the total weight of a monomer. The polymer comprises at least one ion selected from a zinc ion, a calcium ion, and a magnesium ion, and the polymerized moiety of 0.5-7 weight% of itaconic acid, and 4-15 weight% of (meth)acrylic acid. The polymer has Tg of 50-110°C.
