PURPOSE: A polyurethane additive composition is provided to restrain the yellowing phenomenon of foam due to thermal reaction at polyurethane foaming, and to have the fire-protecting or fire-retardant effect, good miscibility with polyol, and to have excellent mix ability with sub material. CONSTITUTION: A polyurethane additive composition comprises 5-30 weight% of solvent, 5-20 weight% of hindered phenolic antioxidant, 10-40 weight% of aromatic amine based antioxidant, and 30-80 weight% of phosphate antioxidant. The solvent is selected from a group consisting of methyl ethyl ketone, N-methylpyrrolidone, N- methylpyrrolidone, methylcarbitol, and an amide based solvent. The amide based solvent is selected from a group consisting of 4,4'-bis(α,α-dimethylbenzyl)diphenylamine, N-N'-diphenyl-p-phenylenediamine, and N-phenyl-1-naphthylamine.
