PURPOSE: A touch display panel and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase the efficiency of outside light by forming a reflecting plate and to generate a light hole on a color filter. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of pixel electrodes is arranged on a first base substrate(110). A common electrode is arranged in the upper part of a first side of a second base substrate(210) that is faced with the first base substrate. An electric optical layer is arranged between the pixel electrode and the common electrode.
