PURPOSE: A stapler device is provided to staple both edges at a fixed angle. CONSTITUTION: A pair of first guide rollers(51) are inserted into a horizontal slot(11) through both end areas of 'U' shaped guide route(31) formed on a moving frame(30). A second guide roller(52) is fixed to a lower part wherein the second guide roller protrudes from the horizontal slot through the central part of the guide route. When the second guide roller contacts a rotation control plate(13), one of the first guide rollers is guided to a branch slot(12) from the horizontal slot.
