The building is constructed from prefabricated concrete sections with the walls bonded to the ceiling carriers. At least one tubular channel (4) is formed in the prefabricated concrete ceiling section (1), where there is the wall (3) support and/or a supported wall (2). A holding channel (5) is formed at the upper zone of the carrier wall (3), and a holding channel (6) is made at the lower zone of the supported wall (2). A reinforcement rod (7) is inserted into the tubular channel, and the holding channels (5,6), and locked in place. Plastics beds (16,17) are inserted between the ceiling section (1) and the facing ends of the lower and upper walls (3,2).
