PURPOSE: An array panel for liquid crystal display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided from a sub data line by a pixel electrode. CONSTITUTION: A TFT(Thin Film Transistor) is connected to a gate line and a data line(134). A pixel electrode(128) is connected to the TFT. A sub data line(135) is contacted to the data line. The sub data line is formed on the same layer as the pixel electrode. The sub data line is formed in the pixel electrode. A common electrode(138) has a plurality of opening units. |
