PURPOSE: A water block for a construction material is provided to improve the growing environment of animal and plant by blocking harmful electromagnetic wave and cosmic rays and save heating energy due to natural heating effect. CONSTITUTION: A water block for a construction material comprises a protective external wall, an internal wall, a U-shaped protrusion, a pair of elastic clips(81), an insulating material, an external upper stopper, and an inner lower stopper(45). The internal wall is filled with water and is inserted into the protective external wall. The U-shaped protrusion is arranged on the upper and lower ends of the external wall and on side walls. The U-shaped protrusion forms an insulating space between the internal and external walls if the internal wall is inserted. The elastic clips protect the internal wall on the front and rear sides.
