PURPOSE: A sealing cap and an assembly including thereof are provided to prevent the danger caused by the leaking of a reagent bottle for storing materials with strong volatility by improving sealing force. CONSTITUTION: A sealing cap comprises the following: a piezoelectric element(150) generating the displacement by the driving voltage; a sealing unit(130) surrounding the outside of the piezoelectric element for sealing a bottle neck, and elastically transforming by the displacement of the piezoelectric element; electrode layers(120) formed on the upper and lower surface of the piezoelectric element for generating the displacement when the driving voltage applied to the electrode layers; and a power unit(250) applying the driving voltage to the piezoelectric element. The sealing unit is produced with rubber to have elasticity.
