PURPOSE: A water treating filter is provided to prevent the leakage of a filtering material when water is leaked from a housing by leaking water through micro-pores using a draining cock. CONSTITUTION: A water treating filter includes a housing(10), a fluid collecting pipe(20), a nozzle(30), a filtering material(40), a spraying head(50), a fluid supplying pipe(60), a fluid discharging pipe(70), and a draining cock(80). The housing includes a filtering space(11). The fluid collecting pipe is arranged on the upper side of gravel which arranged on the lower side of the housing. The nozzle is in connection with the fluid collecting pipe. The filtering material is arranged at the upper side of the nozzle. The fluid supplying pipe is in connection with a fluid inlet(12). The fluid supplying pipe supplies fluid sprayed from the spraying head. The fluid discharging pipe is in connection with a fluid outlet(13) discharging fluid to the outside. The draining cock is arranged at the lower side of the housing and drains fluid from the filtering space.
