PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the irregularity of moving speed when a carrier conveying means is controlled at a low speed by calculating the carrier carrying-out speed of a driving means, driving the carrier conveying means, with the position signal detected by a position detecting means. SOLUTION: A CPU outputs a signal to a motor driving circuit to measure the times for which partition plates 11a and 11b where one disk 2 is stored are crossed. It is judged whether or not a leading edge of the detection signal is detected by allowing interruption so as to input detection data from a disk position detector 40 and then it is judged whether or not the disk is a disk having a target address. When not, the CPU restarts a timer to detect and store the difference from a target speed from a calculated speed in a memory; and it is judged whether or not the difference between a maximum and a minimum speed exceeds specific speed variation and the difference signal is multiplied and supplied to the motor driving circuit, so that the processes are repeated.
