PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speedily process a dealing data not yet registered and also protect a magnetic data by controlling not to take in/out when a temperature of a heat roller is near the Curie point. SOLUTION: When the device detects that a customer starts operating it, the device checks whether or not the temperature of a fixing roller is lower than a judgment value 2, and when it is lower, the device takes-in a bankbook as it is and transfers it up to a bankbook checking part comprised of a magnetic reading part, etc. No sooner the device confirms that the bankbook has passed through the fixing roller arranged between the bankbook port and bankbook checking part, then the device starts pre-heating the fixing roller (S101-104). When the fixing roller temperature is higher than the judgment value 2, the device starts pre-heating the fixing roller immediately, and having confirmed that the fixing roller temperature exceeds a judgment value 1, the device transfers the bankbook up to the checking part (S105-107). Thus, the device controls the bankbook while securing and setting appropriate margins on the higher and lower sides of the temperature with respect to the Curie point of a magnetic recording band by using the judgement values 1 and 2.
