PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for manufacturing fluid mixture continuously which is capable of continuously manufacturing a good-quality fluid mixture in large quantities and in a short time and also is highly durable as a whole from a viewpoint of shape. SOLUTION: This continuous fluid mixture manufacturing device manufactures a fluid mixture continuously by supplying various kinds of materials to be kneaded while continuously measuring the materials. The device is structured of a material supply part 1 capable of continuously supplying the various kinds of materials, a first kneading device 10 which continuously feeds the materials to be supplied by the material supply part 1 as a roughly kneaded fluidized material while mixing and stirring the materials, and a second kneading device 20 which continuously feeds the roughly kneaded fluidized material to be supplied by the first kneading device 10 as a regularly kneaded fluid mixture while kneading the roughly kneaded fluidized material.
