PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an impregnated material and an impregnating device in which such nonconformity is solved that varnish is not impregnated efficiently and an installation cost is made large. SOLUTION: In the method for producing an impregnated material and the impregnating device, in a dipping impregnation method for soaking a fiber structural material into an impregnant, the impregnant is rapidly impregnated into the fiber structural material by bringing the web of the fiber structural material into contact with an ultrasonic wave vibrator arranged in an impregnant tank filled with the impregnant. The excess impregnant of the surface and the inside of the fiber structural material passed through the impregnant tank is sucked and removed by a roll in which nonwoven fabric is wound on the surface. Thereby, the impregnant of necessary amount is given to the fiber structural material.
