PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a belt conveyor for a sharp curved line easily refracting without causing a sag or a lateral slip in the belt conveyor, even in an application to a sharp curved line of R=30 m or less. SOLUTION: This belt conveyor for a sharp curved line is constituted by coupling hydraulic motors and connecting roller units to both pulleys of a sharp curved line belt, and is provided with a roller 13 pressing down a lift of a U-belt 10. Thereby, this conveyor has the ability to easily refract without causing a sag or a lateral slip in the belt conveyor even in an application to a sharp curved line of R=30 m or less.
