PURPOSE: A light emitting device and a lighting system including the same are provided to improve light reflection efficiency by forming a thickness of a guide member to be the same as the thickness of a resin layer. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of metal layers(11,13) includes an outer portion and an inside portion. An upper side of an outer metal layer is higher than that the upper side of an inner metal layer. A thickness of the outer metal layer is the same as that of the thickness of the inner metal layer. A light emitting diode(41) is arranged on an inside portion of a metal layer among a plurality of metal layers. A resin layer(61) surrounds the light emitting diode. |
