PURPOSE: An apparatus for regulating the pressure of a stern tube seal unit is provided to easily regulate the internal pressure of a stern tube seal unit by automatically regulating the pressure of oil supplied between lip seals of the stern tube seal device. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for regulating the pressure of a stern tube seal unit comprises a plurality of pressure absorption tubes(110,115), an air supply pipe(130), a pressure regulator(150), and an air supply part(170). The pressure absorption tubes are respectively installed in the upper sides of first and second chambers in order to control the internal pressures of the first and second chambers through contraction and expansion. The air supply pipe is connected to the pressure absorption tubes. The pressure regulator is installed in the air supply pipe. The air supply part provides compressed air through the air supply pipe to the pressure absorption tubes.
