PURPOSE: A piezoelectric valve is provided to ensure increased displacement by employing piezoelectric ceramics. CONSTITUTION: A piezoelectric valve uses piezoelectric ceramics in order to increase the displacement thereof. Because of the piezoelectric ceramics, a bidirectional force is applied to the piezoelectric valve and a quick and accurate motion is implemented.
