PURPOSE: A burner for a reformer is provided to improve combustion efficiency by effectively mixing air and fuel through whirling. CONSTITUTION: A burner(1) for a reformer comprises a cylindrical body(10), a guide unit(20), an air injection unit(30), a fuel injection unit(40), diaphragms(50), and a mixed fuel jetting unit(60). The guide unit is installed in the center shaft of a main body through the main body. The air injection unit injects air to the inside the main body and swirls the injected air. The fuel injection unit injects fuel to the inside the main body and swirls the injected fuel. The guide unit is inserted into through holes(51) formed in the center of the diaphragms. The mixed fuel jetting unit is installed inside the main body to be separated from the diaphragms and jets the fuel mixed with the air through jetting holes(61).
