PURPOSE: A system for confirming bill quantity by a bill counter is provided to confirm that a customer insists the number of bills is different by photographing a scene that the number of bills is counted. CONSTITUTION: A bill counter(100) counts bills. The bill counter detects nominal value of the counted bill. A bill quantity display(200) displays the number of counted bills. A photographing and recording unit(300) photographs and records a field for supplying a financial transaction service to a customer.
