PURPOSE: A carrier tape, and producing apparatus and method thereof are provided to form a concave unit on one surface of a substrate with the narrow pitch. CONSTITUTION: A carrier tape comprises the following: a concave unit(3) for storing electronic components, formed on one side of a substrate(2); a lid unit(4) sealing an opening of the concave unit; and a convex unit(5) having the length covering more than two concave unit, formed to the longitudinal direction of the substrate. The convex unit is formed on the opposite side of concave unit on the substrate.
