PRESSURE SENSOR

PURPOSE: A pressure sensor is provided to measure pressure by stably receiving even an irregular force and impact because a load is uniformly transmitted through a mechanical structure and fluid pressure. CONSTITUTION: A pressure sensor(100) comprises a diaphragm(1), cylinder members(2,3), a piston member(4), working fluid(7), an elastic member(5), an elastic membrane(6), and storage fluid(8). The cylinder member is extended downward from the perimeter of the diaphragm. The piston member is arranged separate from the diaphragm within the cylinder members. The working fluid is accepted between the diaphragm and the piston member. The elastic member is installed between the cylinder member and the piston member. The elastic membrane seals a gap between the cylinder member and the piston member. The storage fluid is accepted in the space sealed by the elastic membrane.
