PURPOSE: A heating pad for knees of a user using hot water is provided to smoothen the circulation of the blood for reducing the pain on the knees of the user. CONSTITUTION: A heating pad for knees of a user using hot water includes a pad unit(110), a hot water hose(120), and a hot water boiler(130). The pad unit covers the knee portions of the user, and includes a space unit having the center pitted to the inner side. The hot water hose is arranged in the pad unit in a zigzag form, and includes an inlet and an outlet. The hot water boiler circulates hot water heated by the boiler to the hot water hose.
