PURPOSE: A remote vehicle managing system and an operation method thereof are provided to collect diagnostic information of a vehicle by using an audio/video device. CONSTITUTION: An audio/video device collects diagnostic information through the network within a vehicle. A mobile communication terminal is connected to the audio/video device through wireless communication. A server(140) of a vehicle information management center is connected through the internet. The mobile communication terminal transmits diagnostic information to the server.
