发明名称 ENERGY UP-CONVERSION MATERIALS FOR DYE-SENSITIZED SOLAR CELLS
摘要 PURPOSE: Energy up-conversion materials for dye-sensitized solar cells are provided to improve the efficiency of a solar cell by absorbing the light of near-infrared radiation region, and to have excellent optical stability without using deoxycholic acid which is a deflocculating agent. CONSTITUTION: Energy up-conversion materials for dye-sensitized solar cells comprise fist rare earth atoms, second rare earth atoms, and a crystal in which a structure unit selected from chemical formula 1-6. In chemical formula 1-6, m,n,p,q,r and s is 1-10 respectively and independently, R is phenyl group or C1-C5 alkylene group, and R' is C1-5 alkyl. The crystal is selected from a group consisting of YF3, NaYF4, KY3F10, LuPO4 and YbPO4.
