PURPOSE: A mobile communication system and a control method thereof are provided to transmit advertisement information of a broadcasting center server from an advertisement server and to display the stored advertisement information on a screen. CONSTITUTION: A mobile communication terminal(1) receives advertisement information. In case a reception state of TDMB is error, the mobile communication terminal displays stored advertisement information on a screen. A TDMB broadcasting center server(3) transmits advertisement information to the terminal. An advertisement server(4) selects advertisement content in database through subscriber information of the mobile communication terminal.
