PURPOSE: A tray for a microwave oven and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent damage to a coating layer when a roller unit is installed by enameling a container unit and a support unit. CONSTITUTION: A tray(1) for a microwave oven comprises a container unit(10), a support unit(20), a fixing unit(30), a roller unit(40), and a washer unit(50). Food is placed in the container unit. The support unit is coupled to the container unit and has a support hole. The fixing unit is fixed to the support unit through the support hole. The roller unit is rotatably coupled to the fixing unit. The washer unit is coupled to the fixing unit and supports the roller unit. The outer surfaces of the container unit, the support unit, and the fixing unit are enameled.
