PURPOSE: A noise reducing device is provided to efficiently cut off noise generated from a noise source using cost-efficient ultrasonic waves. CONSTITUTION: A noise reducing device(1000) comprises first and second soundproof walls(100,200), an ultrasonic generator(300), and a reflection plate(400). The first and second soundproof walls are vertically installed on the ground(20) to face each other. A moving route of noise sources(10) is arranged between the first and second soundproof walls. The ultrasonic generator is installed in the top of the first soundproof wall to generate ultrasonic waves(UW) toward the second soundproof wall. The reflection plate is installed in the top of the second soundproof wall to reflect ultrasonic waves generated from a flat type speaker(310) of the ultrasonic generator.
