SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR COMPENSATING CONSECUTIVE PALYBACK DELAY OF VIDEO PLAYBACK SERVICE BASED ON REAL-TIME STREAMING PROTOCOL

PURPOSE: A system for compensating for a moving picture reproducing delay in a moving picture reproducing service based on a real time streaming protocol and a method thereof are provided to immediately parse buffered initial data to the reproduce if initial data of a following moving picture is buffered and reproduced. CONSTITUTION: A streaming server(10) analyzes a request message received from a client. The streaming server streams pre-stored moving image content to a client terminal. A client terminal(20) buffers and reproduces moving picture content transmitted from the streaming server in a user buffer. When following moving picture content exists, the client terminal buffers the following moving picture content in an additional buffer.
