FIELD: oil and gas production industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the manufacturing of proppants applied for oil and gas production by means of hydraulic fracturing; the proppant with sorption properties is produced in the shape of pellets with pycnometric specific gravity counting to 1.0-3.0 g/cm3 and with the size of 0.2-4.0 mm; the pellet has the core and the cover; the core is produced from the milled powders of aluminum silicates containing the particles with the size of 20-50 nm in the amount of 5.0-25.0 % of the mass of the basic aluminum silicates powders; the cover is made with the internal binding layer and the external layer containing the milled powder of nonorganic materials with the size of particles 20-50 nm in the amount of 25.0-90.0 % of the mass of the nonorganic materials. ^ EFFECT: invention provides significant increase of the wells productivity and the efficiency of hydraulic fracturing. ^ 6 cl, 1 tbl
