FIELD: oil production. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to oil production equipment and more precisely to immersible multi-stage high-speed pumps. Pump consists of the shaft 1 and several stages installed in one cylindrical body. Every stage includes stable in respect to body support disk 8, cylindrical body element 9, guiding apparatus 2 and centrifugal wheel 4 with hub 10 connected with fin with pump shaft 1. The wheel 4 includes driving and driven discs 5, 3 binded by blades. The wheel 4 conjugates with guiding apparatus 2 with ring sliding bearing. The moving part 6 of the bearing is installed at the outer surface of driven disc 5 and the responding stable part 7 - at the support disk 8. Locking sleeve 11 telescopically conjugating with hub 10 of the wheel 4 and touching the surface of guiding apparatus 2 of the previous stage is installed between the wheel 4 and guiding apparatus 2 of the previous stage at the pump axis along the fin. The height H of the flow part of guiding apparatus 2 depends on the corner speed ë and radius R of the wheel 4 and volume feed Q of the pump. ^ EFFECT: invention increases pump reliability, resource values and capacity as well as improves manufacturability of pump production. ^ 7 cl, 2 dwg |
