FIELD: surgical devices. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgical devices; the device for gastrostomic purposes made of biologically inert material includes the tube with two channels and the inflate cuff on the end, the clamp and eternal fixture; the external fixture consists of the elastic disk with an aperture in the center which is mounted on the gastrostomic tube, the spring in the shape of a spiral with the inside diameter bigger than the external diameter of the gastrostomic tube and the installation for fixing the spring to the gastrostomic tube; at that the installment for fixing the spring to the gastrostomic tube includes the disc from hard material with an aperture in the center of the same diameter as the external diameter of the gastrostomic tube, the quill cylinder with the sidewall cut open lengthwise in a single line gap with the internal diameter equal to the external diameter of the gastrostomic tube threaded on the external surface and the quill cylinder threaded on the internal surface correspondently to the external thread lengthwise the cut cylinder. ^ EFFECT: innovation allows to fix efficiently enough the gastrostomic tube in the gastrostomic channel and to reduce the possibility of passing gastric material out of the gastrostomic channel and into the abdominal cavity; besides it gives the possibility to change the compression ration of the fixing device on the skin surface. ^ 4 cl, 5 dwg |
