PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor, a process cartridge and an electrophotographic device having high sensitivity and high resolution for a light source for writing in the range of 400 to 450 nm wavelength, especially for a LD or LED light source for writing with 400 to 450 nm oscillation wavelength and having excellent stability. SOLUTION: 1. The electrophotographic photoreceptor has a photosensitive layer 33 on a conductive supporting body, and the photosensitive layer 33 contains a compound as an effective component having a charge generating part and a fluorescent light emission part in one molecule. 2. The electrophotographic devices is mounted with the above electrophotographic photoreceptor.
