PURPOSE: A film measuring apparatus is provided to enable automatic measurement of film thickness by being attached to or detached from an end effector of a robot. CONSTITUTION: A film measuring apparatus(100) comprises a robot attachment part(110), a rotating part(120), a passive joint part(130), and a thickness measuring part(140). The robot attachment part is selectively attached to a robot and comprises a first rotary cylinder(112) that rotates a first bracket(111). The rotating part rotates a second bracket(121) with a second rotary cylinder(122) which is installed on the free end of the first bracket. The passive joint part is coupled to the free end of the second bracket on one end thereof. The thickness measuring part is coupled to the other end of the passive joint part.
