PURPOSE: A chain block power rotation apparatus is provided to convert large power of a chain block into torque, thereby generating torque of an electric motor. CONSTITUTION: A lever is combined to a hand lever(103) of a chain block(101). A hydraulic cylinder shaft is combined to the opposite side of the lever. The weight of the chain block is transferred to a chain gear of a clutch gear set. The hydraulic cylinder shaft(106) is combined to the lever and the hand lever of the chain block. Lifting power of a chain block composition system is converted into torque by a chain block power rotation apparatus.
