COMPOSITION AND INSTALLING METHOD OF MORTAR FOR BRILLIANT AND COMPRESSIVE STRENGTH GRINDING FLOOR UNDER DRY STATE BY USING YELLOW SOIL STONE GRANULE AND FAST CURING CEMENT

PURPOSE: A loess stone granule mortar composition for glazing based on dry-type dust collection grinding and a method for constructing a flooring material are provided to maintain the superior bonding strength of loess stone granules and cement particles by including a loess stone granule mixture and ultra-rapid hardening cement. CONSTITUTION: A loess stone granule mortar composition for glazing includes 70-60 weight% of a loess stone granule mixture and 30-40 weight% of ultra-rapid hardening cement. The loess stone granule mixture includes 90 weight% of loess stone granule of 0.5-6mm of particle diameters and 10 weight% of loess stone powder of 0.05mm or less of particle diameters. A method for constructing a flooring material includes the following: loess stone granule mortar and 20 weight% of water based on 100 weight% of the mortar are mixed; the mixture is plastered on a specific floor and cured; a primary glazing grinding is implemented using a diamond and ceramic pad grinding machine equipped with a dry-type dust collection grinding fabric; high intensity loess stone powder mortar and 20 weight% of water based on 100 weight% of the mortar are mixed; the mixture is coated on pores generated in the grinding process and is cured; and secondary and thirdly grinding processes are implemented using the grinding machine.
