PURPOSE: A seat lift for transferring disables is provided to minimize management cost by preventing damages and minimize production cost by applying simple structure. CONSTITUTION: A seat lift for transferring disables comprises a drive module and a post(210). The drive module comprises a motor(110), a chain unit, and a clutch(130). The motor generates driving force by spinning forward and backward so that the seat can be transferred. The chain unit includes a drive sprocket wheel in which revolves by driving force which is transmitted from the motor, a chain which revolves as one side of the chain engages with the drive sprocket wheel, a pair of chain parts which spins by the driving force which is transmitted by the drive sprocket wheel. The post elevates and descends in accordance with the movement of the chain.
