COLORED PHOTOSENSITIVE RESIN COMPOSITION, COLORED PATTERN AND COLOR FILTER USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A colored photo-sensitive resin composition, and colored patterns and a color filter using the same are provided to improve the resolution and the adhesion of the colored patterns. CONSTITUTION: A colored photo-sensitive resin composition includes a coloring agent, a binder resin, a photo-polymerizable compound, a photo-polymerization initiator, a solvent, and a compound represented by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, the n is the integer of 1 to 5. Colored patterns are formed based on following processes: a colored photo-sensitive resin layer is formed on a substrate using the composition; the colored photo-sensitive resin layer is selectively exposed; and the selectively exposed colored photo-sensitive resin layer is developed.
