ADAPTER FOR CONNECTION OF SMALL SPACECRAFT AND ITS FINAL ORBITAL INJECTION DEVICE

FIELD: docking and separation devices of the spacecrafts. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to docking and separation devices of the spacecrafts (SC) and may be used as a means of orbital launching of the small spacecrafts (SSC): micro- and nano-satellites with the weight between 50 and 1 kg. The adapter contains a base frame (1) with the mounting faces for SSC on one surface and places for a glue joint (2) with the delivery vehicle (SC or the rocket stage) - on another. The positioning device in the form of holder (3) that is withheld with the cable (4) is fixed on the base frame (1). The cable has a drag bar and a separation device (6) with an electric starter connected to the control box that includes a sequence timer (7) and an electrical power supply (8). After the satellite has been launched to the orbit, the actuating device (9) (of the pressure ok overload) activates the initiation command for the device (7) in order to start time keeping for signaling the SSC separation. Simultaneously, when the vacuum has been achieved, the bellow valve (12) is puffed up with the gas that is situated inside it under the pressure of at least 1 atm. and contracts the working spring of the extractor (10) with the help of a double-arm lever (11). When the time for separation of the SSC from the delivery vehicle has been achieved, the device (7) produces the actuating command for the electric trigger of the mechanism (6). This leads to breakage of the cable (4) and to opening of the holder (3). Separation of the SSC is performed with the pushoff spring (10) that is lifted under the influence of the lever (11). ^ EFFECT: improvement of safety and reliability in the course of launching and separation of the SSC from the delivery vehicle. ^ 5 cl, 2 dwg
