FIELD: lift systems. ^ SUBSTANCE: group of invention refers to lift systems for passenger or cargo transportation. The way includes choosing of the initial safety factor of the bearing unit in the course of installation and determination of the necessary operation life and the necessary stress limit at the end of the operation life of the bearing unit in the lift system. Determination of the necessary operation life of the bearing unit is performed at least by means of determining of the estimated utilization factor of the corresponding lift system with the bearing unit, determining of the size of at least one pulley kit that directs the bearing unit when the lift cab connected to the bearing unit is moving, or determining of the estimated load for each element of the bearing unit with the given number of the mentioned elements of the bearing unit. The bearing unit of the lift system includes a group that incorporates the given number of the bearing elements. Each of them is characterized by the given stress limit. The bearing unit also includes a lift cab that is connected to the bearing elements, a backbalance, and at least one leading pulley kit. The leading pulley diameter is chosen in such a way that it becomes possible to ensure the necessary operation life of the bearing unit for the initial safety factor. The initial safety factor of the bearing unit corresponds to the necessary operation life and the given stress limit of the bearing unit at the end of its necessary operation life and is based on the given number and stress limits. ^ EFFECT: improvement of determination accuracy of the operation life and the stress limit of the bearing units in the lift system. ^ 15 cl, 5 dwg |
