PURPOSE: A fluid flow converting device is provided to minimize a fluid loss by rapidly changing a flow of fluid through a changing unit and a partition member. CONSTITUTION: A body unit(122) is divided into a plurality of transfer paths. A partition member(123) is mounted in a vertical direction to a transfer path of the changing unit. An extension unit(127) is extended to one of a plurality of storage units. A driving unit(130) reciprocates the changing unit. A counterflow preventing member(126) is extended from the inner wall and is downwardly inclined.
