A METHOD FOR PRODUCING CERVICAL CANCER VACCINE USING BACILLUS SUBTILIS

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a vaccine for cervical cancer using Bacillus subtilis is provided to ensure safety without toxicity. CONSTITUTION: A vaccine for preventing cervical cancer contains Bacillus subtilis transformed by a recombinant vector containing a gene encoding capsid proteins of human papillomavirus, or human paillomavirus-like virus particles. The vaccine is used by oral administration. A method for preparing the human paillomavirus-like virus particles comprises: a step of culturing the transformed Bacillus subtilis; and a step of collecting the particles. The capsid protein is L1 protein or L2 protein.
