PURPOSE: A guide apparatus for guiding the movement of a BOP(Blow Out Preventer) is provided to guide a BOP to a predetermined position with a spider beam which is installed in the entrance of a moon pool. CONSTITUTION: A guide apparatus for guiding the movement of a BOP comprises a rail(16), a spider beam(14), a driving unit(18), and a guide unit(26). The rail is installed in a moon pool(12). The spider beam moves along the rail and restricts and guides the position of a BOP(24). The driving unit is installed in the spider beam and transfers the spider beam along the rail. The guide unit guides the BOP to a predetermined position relative to the spider beam.
